Wow!! What an awesome feeling! We expected our court date to be around May 23rd (3 months after our dossier got to Ethiopia) but now know it will be April 30th. I am very excited, but a bit guarded. The last time I felt excited like this was the day we received the first picture of Lucas with a slight smile on his face. Then, within a few minutes I learned of his scars and rickets. This time we have the wonderful news of court, but I'm waiting for the Fed-ex truck to get here with the x-rays and the report about them. I really hope the good news continues.

Congratulations on your court date!!!!!! Kara told me at class the other night, sorry it has taken me so long to get on here and congratulate you. Gary and I are so happy for you and your family!!!! We hope everything goes smoothly and you will get to Lucas as quickly as possible. We need to celebrate!
