We still have no home study, but plenty of apologies.
Also we heard this week that things are slowing down in the Ethiopian adoption world. We asked if our case might be expedited because Lucas is an older child who "knows" what's going on, and we were told no. I'm sure ready for some good news. Come on Home Study!!!!!
On the bright side....many of the families I correspond with who are also working with HOLT did pass court this week and will be traveling to get their children the first week of February. We are so happy for them and hope beyond hope that our son gets moved to the child care center in Addis Ababa so these friends can hug him for us.
I was excited to see so many cases pass court!! I love that you have a picture to look at of your boy..that would keep me motivated beyond belief, but in the same world it would make me crazy to get over there and hold him.
